• rent stabilized • amenities are top tier for the rent price, no fees • fast elevators • 10/10 location

• unit taken as-is and required LOTS of repairs • lots of units meaning building manager cannot be as hands on as boutique building • slightly thinner walls, can hear neighbor gaming at night — also fire alarm low battery kept us up two nights • front desk a little unfriendly depending on the person • birch floors easily dirty and warp over time

I rarely went to the pool, but on the surface it looked decently maintained. It's on the smaller side and was always filled with kids so tried to avoid it honestly. The gym was great - very clean and had all the essentials.
