Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the building's cleanliness, efficient garbage management, and responsive staff, particularly the doormen. The quiet environment and convenient location for commuting are appreciated. However, noise from street construction and thin walls are concerns, impacting soundproofing. Some residents find the gym maintenance lacking and the building manager's demeanor unsatisfactory. Recommendations include improving gym facilities. Overall, the building offers quality living with some minor drawbacks, making it a favorable choice for those seeking a well-managed and peaceful residence in a bustling area like Court Square.

Overall decent, but small issues add up
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is clean and relatively quiet, the doormen are always helpful and polite.
Cons:
the noise from the streets is getting worse and worse with increasing constructions and growing population, and our apartment is not the most soundproof. The gym is a little under-maintained as well. The building manager is kind of rude too.
Advice to owner:
Fix the gym please
