    Overly Priced for Poor Building Conditions
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    New facility next to KFC
    Cons:
    Building manager is full of shit and a con artist.
    Owners associations is racked up with fees.
    Heat never worked.
    Air conditioning never worked.
    Cheaply made materials in so called luxury apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    Be honest. Be truthful. Have some moral standards.
