Pros
Security locked doors. Very clean most of the time.
Cons
Problem tenants across the hall
Advice to the owners
Keep controlling what you can control. Know you cant do anything about the other tenants due to Covid but hopefully soon

Overly Priced for Poor Building Conditions

New facility next to KFC
Cons
Building manager is full of shit and a con artist. Owners associations is racked up with fees. Heat never worked. Air conditioning never worked. Cheaply made materials in so called luxury apartments.
Advice to the owners
Be honest. Be truthful. Have some moral standards.
