Astoria Ditmars Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is dutiful with garbage management. The entire apt was renovated with new appliances and finishing before I moved in.
Cons:
Maintenance and management take a while to get back to you. Or don’t give a heads up and you may not be there when they do come.

Amazing Complex! Would highly recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is an amazing complex, I loved living here. Super close to Astoria Park and the water, as well as the subway.
I moved because I wanted a dishwasher and nothing fitting my criteria was open at the time I moved, otherwise I would’ve stayed.
Cons:
Building was great. There are multiple rental agencies that work through here, and my broker sucked — but I had to deal with her for less than 2 weeks, so it was more than worth it.
