The building is clean and amenities are nice. Units are spacious. Oven/dishwasher/laundry machines are new and great.

Cons

Management will not respond to any concerns you raise. Electricity is very expensive. A lot of dogs you hear from other units (terrible noise) and that pee in the elevator / in the halls.
