Good building - expensive however
Pros
- Cleanliness - very good, no bugs/pests at all - Good maintenance/building super - Gym is nice, facilities are nice - Apartment is very clean and updated - Safe
Cons
- Electricity during winter especially can get expensive - Sometimes smoke (tobacco) can be smelled from bathroom vents from other tenants
