Just enough
Pros
Very big apartment, stays cool in the summer, outside space, quite, it’s dark in the bedroom good for sleep, good light for a basement, Things get fixed in a timely manner
Cons
A few leaks, everything works but old a worn, it is cold in the winter bare minimum with the heat, some of the neighbors are a bit nosy, things get fixed to the bare minimum, there is mold sometimes, it can get damp 
Advice to the owners
This place is beautiful but needs some TLC
