    Pros:
    Decent gym, co-working space and roof. In-unit laundry. New appliances.
    Cons:
    Uncooperative management company. Multiple problems with new appliances. Overpriced parking. Unsecure package room. Unreasonable amenity fee. Loud neighbors. Thin floors and walls. Trash regularly fills most of the only elevator and thrown in a giant pile on the curb outside the building’s front door.
