Didn’t mind living there

Pros

Great location, I didn’t have major issues but I would’ve if I didn’t have a cat that liked hunting mice

Cons

Some people are more scared of mice than others. Trash situation isn’t ideal but they take it out regularly

Pros

Live in super who is super nice and has a sense of urgency. A lot of windows in our corner unit which has a ton of natural light but it’s noisy Convenience with grocery stores, bars, restaurants and the L train

Cons

Have had multiple mouse problems. Cock roach problems. Very very noisy. Trash can pile up in hallway and smell bad in summer. Have had a TON of packages stolen

Fix the building, fix the cameras in the building, fix the pest problem (mouse’s and cockroaches)
