Pros

Live in super who is super nice and has a sense of urgency. A lot of windows in our corner unit which has a ton of natural light but it’s noisy Convenience with grocery stores, bars, restaurants and the L train

Cons

Have had multiple mouse problems. Cock roach problems. Very very noisy. Trash can pile up in hallway and smell bad in summer. Have had a TON of packages stolen

Fix the building, fix the cameras in the building, fix the pest problem (mouse’s and cockroaches)
