Main final issue: Landlord did not accept ConEdison review of basement for months to the point that when tenant guest opened for them it was a big risk of explosion; besides in December there was no heat in the entire building without any concern from him whatsoever!! Few months into the lease tenants were surprised by complete shutdown of Building stairs to renew without notification or apologies!! for the price the Building was poorly cleaned; the garden level was never done and the entrance was disgusting with pieces of carpet covering the raw floor Landlord was not nice or approachable
