I personally loved the rooftop. Spent a lot of time there, usually there are not many people and I was able to have gatherings with friends very easily, with a fantastic view for Bushwick. The gym is nice too. My apt didn't have a lot of light. was concerned about hearing the J train but that is not really a problem.
Lots of things in the common room are broken and never got fixed, there is wifi as well but it is terrible. Laundry room is big enough but lots of machines are often broken or not working well. my apt didn't have a lot of light and was very cold in winter
