Renters approve of the building's owners
Most of the front desk people are awesome, especially in the evening - very sweet. Building had a nice feel too, renovated.
Had maybe 3-4 cockroaches over the year. I’m very clean and lived on the 17th floor but near the trash room. I hate bugs. They would get the exterminator in fast. Also got unlucky and had bad neighbors that would fight at 3am, and the building couldn’t do much.
