Pretty Good But Expensive
Pros
Bathroom had nice lighting and counter space. Same with kitchen, good space and open area. They put up the flex wall themselves. It has a laundry room, gym, and pool. Front staff is very nice and good package system. Did not see any pests. Cleaning staff does a good job with shared spaces.
Cons
Laundry is expensive, sometimes machines are out of order. Renewing gets expensive.

The management are the worst kind of people in the world, they only care about profits over people, and it will reflect in your quality of life. This building seems like it's a luxury building, and it is not. The elevators never work though they had all of Covid to fix them, the laundry room is always under repair and the machines steal your money, it's really wild to live in a place with narcissists in charge.
