Be careful broker goes by Shay but it’s not his real name. He keeps putting up that apartment for rent. I gave him all the paperwork and within a couple days, Identity theft. Sunday he told me that he rented it out to his niece unfortunately (and my application is perfect) and Sunday night that listing was back up
