Great place to live

Pros

Really is a great place to live. Everyone is nice, i’ve never seen a cockroach or pests, rooms are adequate, and feels safe

Cons

Noise bleed is pretty bad in the rooms and the walk to the subway takes 10 min.

* Clean * Rooms are pretty large * Get to live in scenic stuytown which has really nice basketball courts and a fun community * Close to great restaurants and a citibike station right outside

Cons

* A bit of a walk to the L station * Can only take the L train * Rooms are not sound-proof at all * Elevators have issues
