Best building I've lived in
Pros
Genuinely helpful doormen, responsive maintenance staff, well-organized building ops all around. Lived here 4 years and never had a major issue. Always clean and our neighbors were friendly without exception.
Cons
Units are constantly under renovation (flooring, cabinets, etc) which to me is a sign of a good building, but can get noisy during the week if you're WFH.
Advice to the owners
Price of 2-bed units here shot up astronomically in the past 3 years, at a much quicker pace than other comparable 2-bed buildings in the area. We should have pulled the trigger on a 2-bed last year, but prices went up ~$2k within 12 months. Crazy. Pricing out tenants who loved this place.
