great place to live, but very thin walls
Pros
Living here is convenient and safe. Neighbors are nice and lobby attendants are great. Packages always arrive safely. It’s always clean and maintenance is quick to respond. Also very accessible.
Cons
Walls are paper thin. You can hear people above you and from either side. I have no true ventilation in my bathroom except a small vent which I can hear the other apartment. Because of that, there is frequent mold issue in bathroom.
