Cheaper than comparable apts in the area. Neighbors are nice. Location is good for trains, food, and walking

Noisy street with honking arguments and music at odd hours of the day Across the street from an always on BRIGHT LIGHT from a storage building Building management company is not responsive and contentious with helping. Maintenance staff are ghosts. Building has structural issues with roof that need to be repaired. The block it's on is one of the worst in the neighborhood No closets Building has had a lot of leaks and issues with HVAC units.
Advice to the owners
Take better care of the building. Communicate better with your tenants. Stop being contentious for every reported problem made.
