Pros
Staff are nice. They kept the apt clean.
Cons
10 pm curfew on all amenities. They lock the doors at 10pm sharp. Elevators can be slow at times, sometimes waiting up to 5 minutes. Some floors will reek of marijuana. You can hear dogs barking from other apartments. You’ll get a removal notice if you leave your snow shoes outside your apt door. Maintenance requests take a while to complete. I had a brand new appliance that had to be replaced and it took weeks to get.
Advice to the owners
Push the curfew up to midnight at least. Maybe get rid of the Cabanas upstairs and allow for more communal space.
