The best rental building I've lived in
Pros
Great team working at the building, everyone is always nice and responsive. When you submit a service request they always attend to it timely and the team working on repairs is really nice and friendly. So are the front desk staff. The building is very clean, no pests (don't want to jinx it...) and a generally quiet building (not counting street noise but that's not the building's fault), great location - safe to walk at night. Neighbors make it feel like home, not a modern high-rise with "revolving door" culture. Water pressure is good, never had issues with hot water (previous new "luxury highrise" I lived it had issues constantly and no hot water for a month in January...). I am very happy living in the building.
Cons
The only annoyance are elevators. I don't think a week goes by without at least one being temporarily out of service. As a result the wait is sometimes very long but it's such a small nuisance in the grand scheme of things.

Keep up the good work.
