Worst offboarding experience ever. Alexander, the leasing agent demanded me to wire 3 months rent BEFORE having a signed lease surrender agreement. Then I give the leasing agents specific dates and times but they keep trying to show the apartment immediately before when I said it would be available. When I brought up the original times I said were available she left the chat. Have some etiquette in this process - don’t seem like you’re gonna rent out the place while I’m packing like you needed 3 months rent for me to get out of my lease in the first place. Everyone else is great but the leasing team is about as bad as it gets.
Advice to the owners
Improve your client services. It’s not like we are paying low rent here just to be treated like garbage on the way out.
