Good place to live some issues

Close to subways and lot of restaurants and bars Friendly staff Large indoor pool that is always empty on the weekdays Nice rooftop area Housing staff fix issues quickly
Cons
Landlord’s Contractor is slow to respond to apartment issues and difficult to work with . He turned on my air conditioner and forgot to turn it off while I was on vacation so the air conditioner was on for a week in an empty apartment. Not the Zeckendorf contractor. Zeckendorf contractor responds right away but had one issue where they left my freezer food on counter to spoil and apartment door open Pet friendly but you have to buy Air conditioner is not central so very inefficient. Turns off periodically for no reason. My oven broke once due to gas leak. Needed to be replaced. Had a water leak twice under sink. Water leaking from ceiling and wall in bathroom. Hardwood floor got warped. Dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced. Also , it broke again and needed to be fixed. So multiple issues with appliances and apartment within 6 years. Contractor was difficult to contact but landlord paid for replacements. See a few cockroaches every summer. People leave their household trash next to elevator in the hallway. It’s only supposed to be for giant trash but people on my floor abuse it and leave small trash bags there.
