Convenience, friendly maintenance personnel (actual workers)

Cons

Trash management is horrible, neighbors became dirty one time (leaving trash in hallway thinking that there are some butlers who would take their trash out for them?), rats outside everywhere at night (but hey it's East Village!), non-responsive main maintenance person (but actual workers are great).
