Poor Management Causes Problems

- Location - Natural light - Outdoor space

Cons

- Management's lack of responsiveness - Limited clost space - While renovated units appear nice, the renovation was clearly done very cheaply as things constantly fall apart. We've had a crack/leak in our wall for months and it takes multiple follow-ups with management to get it "addressed". Thereafter we only receive "quick fixes" that don't address underlying problems and issues persist - Water intrusion - Water frequently shut off - Renovation projects are dragged out and tenants forced to communicate with contractor for updates (with no response)
