GO Management - Avoid at all costs

Management - unresponsive and eager to take advantage of tenants. The building has switched owners 3x in last two years, and GO Management is the current owner. They are the worst of the worst. They have ruined a lovely building with a good community. Pests - the building is overrun with mice, rats, and cockroaches HVAC - only heat / AC can be on at one time. GO Management turned on HVAC a full 2 months later than the prior management group, so inside the apartments (which have a lot of windows), the temperature reached 95+ degrees. Everyone in the building who attempted to reach / PLEAD with management to turn on the AC was ignored.
