Nice Sized Apartment
Pros
The building is well lit and doesn't feel like a cave when you walk in. Clean building. Pet friendly. Apartment is a nice size for the rent that's being required (and still too much) Friendly community of neighbors; great tenant association. Garbage is well maintained and we have recycling containers and a compost bin.
Cons
Heat and hot water are mostly good but the boiler really needs work rather than "bandaids" Water seeping in through bricks creating problems ... management hasn't attended to it in the 3.5 years I've been here. New owners so things are still settling in and they seem to be somewhat responsive. Sometimes the neighborhood can be noisy; if you're on the west side of the building, the almost constant scream-barking of a neighbor's dog can be really irritating. Packages sometimes are stolen
Advice to the owners
Get on top of repointing the bricks of the building.
