Buildings with low open violation rates near the B61 bus in Boerum Hill

It’s an open-data signal based on NYC violation records. The filter is meant to help you shortlist buildings with fewer open items, but it doesn’t replace asking the building directly about current conditions and repair timelines.

It narrows results to buildings located near the B61 bus route within the Boerum Hill scope, so you’re comparing options along the same transit corridor.

Yes. “Low” is a filter based on open records, not a guarantee about future repairs or the condition of a specific unit. Ask what’s being worked on now, how maintenance requests are handled, and what to expect during move-in.

The low-open-violations filter is derived from NYC open records. Like any public dataset, it can lag real-world conditions or reflect updates after the snapshot date, so confirm with the building.

The page is for buildings. From there, you can view advertised units (“apartments for rent”) on Openigloo when they’re available and then verify lease terms with the broker or management.

Ask whether any recent work is in progress, how long requests typically take, who manages repairs on the property, and whether there are recurring issues (e.g., pests, heat/water, or common-area maintenance).
