It’s based on building-level signals that indicate parking is available. Still, rules can vary by building and unit, so confirm the exact setup (assigned vs. unassigned, on-site vs. nearby, and fees) with management.

Yes. This page is scoped to buildings that match the BX12-SBS transit area and include parking. If you have a specific stop or walking time in mind, message buildings directly to verify access.

Ask about the type of parking, whether there’s a waitlist, the monthly parking cost, how spaces are assigned, hours of access, and towing or enforcement rules. Also ask whether visitor parking is available and any restrictions.

Not always. Some buildings tie parking to availability or eligibility, and policies may differ by unit or lease term. Confirm whether parking is guaranteed for your specific apartment and for renewals.

No. Parking often has separate monthly fees and move-in requirements. Make sure you total the full monthly cost (parking + deposits + any fees) so the apartment budget matches reality.

They can help, especially for real-world processes like gate access, waitlists, or how quickly issues get handled. But always verify current parking policies with the building, since rules can change.

Ask about current waitlist position, expected timeline, whether parking can be added after move-in, and what the enforcement/towing policy is if you’re between spots. Also request written confirmation of the parking terms in your lease addendum.
