Not necessarily. Elevator availability can be affected by maintenance, building policies, or move-in procedures. Confirm elevator hours, any key/fob requirements, and whether there are restrictions for move-ins or deliveries.

Verify the elevator’s reliability (especially recent downtimes), the route to your specific unit (including any steps at the entrance or landing), and the full monthly cost expectations (rent plus fees/deposit/utility details as applicable).

Some buildings require advance notice, move-in scheduling, or specific documentation for elevators and common areas. Ask the management office for the move-in process and any additional charges or forms.

Openigloo aggregates building details and renter-contributed signals like reviews and Q&A. Still, treat it as a starting point and confirm the specifics (elevator operations, access routes, and rules) with the building.
