Not necessarily. “With laundry” indicates laundry room access, but the setup can be in-unit or shared depending on the building. Always confirm the specific arrangement in the building details and by asking the leasing office.

Ask whether the laundry is operational, whether there are any usage fees, what the payment method is (coin/card/app), any scheduling rules for shared rooms, and how repairs are handled when machines break.

Sometimes. Even when a building includes laundry rooms, there can be building fees or laundry-related charges depending on the system. Confirm with the building management and double-check your lease for any related addenda.

It’s meant to reflect building-level features, but real-world conditions can change. Treat the filter as a starting point and confirm operational status and access rules directly with the building before committing.
