How does the Q60 bus filter work for this page?

Are these buildings guaranteed to have no ongoing issues?

No. Low open-violation rates reduce the odds of visible open issues, but it does not guarantee current conditions. Ask the building about the status of any active repairs or recurring problems.

What should I ask before applying or signing a lease?

Ask about maintenance response times, whether any complaints are currently open, expected timelines for repairs, and what documents are required for approval. If you’re sensitive to noise, ask about street-facing units and recent building notices.
