World's okay-est apartment

Pros

Great location, lots of good restaurants around, unlivable issues dealt with, supers are nice enough, tenants are on the come-up

Cons

Unresponsive management, old and barely maintained building, nearby clubs and drug deals happen regularly on the corner/block, packages can sometimes go missing
