Laundry in unit (not all units have it) Spacious 2 bedroom on opposite sides good water pressure great locations

Cons

Heat was not included in utilities Times heat didn't work in winter If something breaks on weekends, you have to wait until Monday

Life in this building

Pros

Excellent location and cannot beat washer and dryer in unit.

Cons

Management is pretty unresponsive, walls are paper thin between apartments and their is no security for packages. Hallways are gross

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive, clean the hallways more and secure packages better.
