    Pros:
    Laundry in unit (not all units have it)
    Spacious 2 bedroom on opposite sides
    good water pressure
    great locations
    Cons:
    Heat was not included in utilities
    Times heat didn't work in winter
    If something breaks on weekends, you have to wait until Monday

    Pros:
    Excellent location and cannot beat washer and dryer in unit.
    Cons:
    Management is pretty unresponsive, walls are paper thin between apartments and their is no security for packages. Hallways are gross
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive, clean the hallways more and secure packages better.
