Cute building with laundry in basement
Cons
was deathly ill the entire time i lived there, bathroom does not have any ventilation at all - so the mold piles up on the bricks because there are brick showers. Roaches, mice, you name it. The works. Rats in the trash always.
Advice to the owners
Add ventilation to your bathrooms???

Pretty good for the price
Pros
Clean, pest free, close to the L train, neighbors are quiet and building is safe
Cons
Poor water pressure, rooms are small, surrounding area is loud, dirty, and smells bad
