Mice issue. Responsive supers and management

Elevator. Wall unit AC. Responsive management Concession was offered due to pest issues

Cons

Despite construction workers and exterminators coming into the unit on a nearly daily basis, it took 2 months until our mice issue was resolved. Also ended up seeing them again days before our lease ended
