Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by John Warren reveals consistent struggles with cleanliness and garbage management, with many buildings facing pest problems and poorly maintained common areas. Heat and water pressure are generally adequate, but noise disturbances from neighbors, especially late at night, are frequently reported alongside concerns about building security and unauthorized activities. Ownership responsiveness is often described as slow or lacking, leading to unresolved maintenance and safety issues. While some tenants appreciate friendly maintenance staff and community aspects, the prevailing sentiment highlights a pressing need for improved management oversight, timely repairs, enhanced pest control, and stricter enforcement of building rules to foster a safer, cleaner living environment.
