Updated apartment in bushwick

Pros

Updated look. Laundry in building (should be cheaper). Size, layout, light. Windows are pretty big.

Cons

Rooftop should be fixed. Noise from parties from neighboring buildings on the weekends. Trash management. Management in general was quite unresponsive. Took ages to get them to fix things. Water pressure was bad.
