Great doormen staff. Generally clean living quarters and common areas

Cons

The super is an oddball and very entitled. Brookfield recently acquired building and substantial capex being done. Results will likely be decent but in meantime there is a lot of noise and construction. Resultingly, prices will increase and will certainly not reflect fair market rent for the micro-market.
