Big apartment, good light

Cons

Terrible neighbors, constant smoking in hallways and apartments. Needed two air purifiers just to get through my lease. Had cockroaches , three of them, put in a work order no one came to spray. Neighbors got subwoofer at one point. Leak in ceiling for months when it rained, never got fixed. Super is over worked with run down stuff to deal with. Tenants are unbearable. Not worth living in big apartment to be here. Avoid this building. Not too much decency. Super tries to keep place clean and tidy, but smoking is not stop issue.
