Beware of Centennial Properties!

Pros

Great neighbors and located in a great area

Cons

Where do I even begin.... the horrors of living under a building by this management is something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. We were left without gas for 6 months - completely ghosted by the property management and left with burners as a make good. Not only that, we had to with hold rent in order for them to give us $20 a/day compensation for not having gas... PER HOUSEHOLD. I have never received a response faster from this management company when it meant they would benefit from it. There are cockroaches and mice - which they refuse to help with. They truly don't do anything else except go after new targets to lease new apartments. Once you're in here, they will completely ignore you and pretend you don't exist.
