The clean staff is the shining star of this building. They are constantly maintaining the building

Although the cleaning staff is great, the tenants do not respect the space. There is often trash on the floors, roof, and common spaces. One night someone threw a rooftop party with a full DJ. Management is very bad at responding to tenants. They do not care about the safety of those who live in the building. There has been times where an unhoused person was sleeping in the lobby and in the stair cases. This building has a lot of dogs - both friendly and not so friendly. You may see dog urine in the elevators. Lastly, upon moving out - management told the cleaning staff to trash all of my remaining items and I had to go find all of my remaining items in the basement. Mind you I had half a day to move out all of my items still. If you value peace, do not move here.
