Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by David Picket consistently praise the exceptional cleanliness, well-maintained common areas, and friendly, professional doorman and maintenance staff. Management is viewed as responsive and attentive to maintenance requests, fostering a welcoming environment. The rooftop and amenities are notable perks, though some feel amenities are outdated or come with extra fees. Noise from the busy Midtown location and occasional water pressure or pest issues are common concerns, but generally well-handled. Rent prices tend to be high with periodic increases, and improvements in lease renewal communication and soundproofing could enhance satisfaction. Overall, management is appreciated for its professionalism and tenant focus.

The Atlas Review

Pros

I really liked the rooftop in this building. The floor to ceiling glass windows were also cool

Cons

You can hear 6th avenue right below and it can get noisy with parades or large events

Expensive for what you get considering several amenities require additional membership fee
