Can be noisy, issues can take some time to be resolved

Advice to the owners

Hire some designated plumbers. Super and doorman are great but supplemental staff is where the repair delays are found

Pests every where even after pest control The super of this building tries to charge you money when you do the final apartment walkthrough and also everything small thing The management is a bully, trying to take tenant’s deposit and money
