Cheap renovations and incompetent management
Pros
Renovated apartment - Heating and cooling is good - Finishing is good - New gym and office area is nice - FOB into building nice
Cons
- Laundry room can be locked but is left propped open. Some random person wandered into the building and stole our laundry (caught on camera) but no changes were made. - Rats scampering in ceilings - No smoking policy not enforced sufficiently, common areas and ventilation stinks - No ventilation in the hallways, weird smells - Occasional cockroaches - Elevator out of service sometimes (around 6 times past half year) - People don't clean up after themselves at the gym - Super lies about when they're going to come over/come back if you don't follow up with them

Act on tenant requests, especially smoking and ventilation violations

Cons
Questionable tenants who steal packages, hallway reeking of smoke, cockroaches, expensive/overpriced, echoing hallways that carry noise. The apartment looks nice, but everything cheaply constructed such as uneven flooring and sloppy paint job, door handles that keep falling off
Advice to the owners
Make hallways nicer, stop smokers
