Pros

Small, affordable, great location. No pest issues.

Cons

Package theft is an issue that wasn't ever really dealt with, some electrical wiring issues because it's an old building (couldn't have the toaster and the kettle on at the same time)

Cons

Appliances in some units are shockingly old, walls and ceilings are paper thin. Get ready to hear your neighbors sneeze. Packages sometimes stolen from lobby

Advice to the owners

Replace appliances and give certain units a general update, set up a camera in the lobby
