Good Value and Location

Pros:
Laundry in building, close to grocery stores and subway stations, good value for money, great sun exposure if unit faces the street.
Cons:
No elevator, public hallways could be cleaned better, the building next door has been vacant for over a year and is an eyesore.
Advice to owner:
Repaint and fix the tile in the public spaces.

Building is pretty dingy, roaches are dead in the hallway routinely. Management can be unresponsive.

Cons:
There are rats in the walls and ceilings that keep me up at night. There’s a fire panel in the hallway that goes off 24/7 for weeks at a time. So many bugs. Management doesn’t take concerns seriously.
Advice to owner:
If you want people to stay in your apartments you have to provide a safe and sanitary place to live. Rats in the walls of a place that cost $2100/month is INSANE.

High crime neighborhood especially in the summer always have shooting

Their is always something going on on regent shooting stabbing verbal shouting heavy drugs selling

Great building but wrong neighborhood
