rats and homeless

Pros

lived here for 1 month. best thing about it is the location.

Cons

rats upon moving in, cockroaches, loud neighbors, and the biggest issue was the homeless people’s needles and sexual encounters at my front door. once had a someone strung out and lifeless blocking me from opening the front door. Huge no.

Advice to the owners

fix the homeless people and the mice

decent place to live

Pros

had no issues with neighbors, paid a good price, convenient location. liked that we had an elevator and stairs.

Cons

the super changed his number and didn't tell me, so when i got locked out i had no way of contacting him. had a few roaches when i moved in but nothing crazy since i kept the apartment clean. my electricity bill was absolutely ridiculous in this area compared to living in other areas.
